Cryovac® BSC 6000 Chub Film

Cryovac® BSC 6000 film is designed for high speed retail chub packaging of ground meats such as fresh pork sausage, ground poultry, or ground beef. With its high abuse, excellent gloss and optics, and exceptional memory, it delivers an attractive, tight package from production to the in-home refrigerator. This unique film eliminates the loose “flap” along the seal edge, making graphics available around the whole package and prevents freezing agents from settling beneath the flap. The high barrier properties are unmatched for maximum shelf-life.

Unlike traditional chub packages where seal flaps can cover UPCs and cut-lines, the BSC 6000 film creates a flap-less seal that prevents the obscuring of print on the package and stays cleaner from contamination sources.
