The Internet is generally not regarded as a secure environment and data sent via the Internet can be accessed by unauthorised third parties. Data may be transmitted throughout the European Union, irrespective of the location of the sender and recipient.
   Neither Sealed Air nor any of its divisions or subsidiaries is able to accept any liability for damage incurred by persons as a result of transmission of their personal data via the Internet.
   
   
2. Use of data. By submitting details to Sealed Air, applicants agree that data may be stored and processed by Sealed Air for purposes connected with such application and, where appropriate, forwarded to another member of the Sealed Air Group. Depending on the labour market, the data in question may be seen across national boundaries but will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Union without the prior permission of the applicant.



3. Handling of data in the event of unsuccessful application. In the event that their application is unsuccessful, applicants authorise Sealed Air and it's divisions and subsidiaries to retain their personal data for a period of six months from the date of rejection.
